The challenge was to get local rankings and traffic in a very competitive real estate / home sales market in New Jersey. Besides the usual issues, the website had some very specific technical issues that were hindering it in the rankings.

Within 6 months, 89% of the keyword phrases moved from pages 3, 4 & 5 of Google to the homepage. This led to a 327% increase in traffic and 3X as many phone calls.
